Customer ID The customer ID is printed on the back of your card and consists of 16 digits.

Security code The security code is used when retrieving the PIN and is provided to you by your issuer.

If your security code has been stolen, you should immediately lock your card here or contact your issuer as soon as possible.

If you do not have a security code or have forgotten it, you must contact your issuer for assistance.
